Javad Hotel has three banquet or conference rooms that either alone or combined can graciously receive your guests or hold your next business meeting. Total capacity of all three facilities is 490 guests.
Upstairs
The upstairs area is our largest dining and conference facility. Its many windows offer a view of bustling Imam Reza Boulevard. From the interior of the hotel, the upstairs area overlooks the lobby. It is accessible by both elevator and a choice of two elegant flights of stairs. Seating capacity: up to 250 guests.
Ground Floor
The ground floor banquet or conference room is ideal for medium to smaller sized gatherings. Its main entrance is adjacent to the lobby through an elegant set of French door windows. If desired, private access is available directly from the parking structure elevator. Seating capacity: up to 120 guests.
Second Floor
The upper floor banquet or conference room offers a dramatic entrance of a sweeping curved double staircase. If desired, private access is available directly from the parking structure elevator. Seating capacity: up to 120 guests.
